If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, follow the directions below and we will exchange the product(s).
Non-sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14 days, non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchanges or store credit only.

All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. Any worn, washed, or damaged items may not be returned. If you are returning merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise. For sample sales, the transactions are final, there will be no exchanges or refunds.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about three weeks. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service such as overnight or 2nd day.
With the product you are returning please include a note with your name, a return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. For returns, if the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit to be used online through our website.
